Bakery Workshop at THS
Day-4
It is the day 4 of the bakery workshop and the students are ready to take their learning to the higher level. It is the time to witness another savoury preparation in the workshop, i.e. Patty & Puff. While the demonstration is on the students posed several queries to the chef and they were answered quite convincingly to the students. The workshop seems to be very reassuring to the students in terms of acquiring new skills and knowledge which will go a long way in shaping the career of the students. Students are looking forward to acquiring new skills in the coming days of the workshop.
