Bakery Workshop at THS
Day-2
It was indeed a great
learning experience for the students on day-1 of the bakery workshop. Now it is
the second day of the workshop and it’s time for the students to witness new
stuff in the lab. The stage was all set for the day’s preparation &
demonstration & it was time to showcase preparation of Tart, which includes
Lemon & Jam Tarts. Again the students participated very keenly in the
workshop with the clear intent to acquire some new skills in the domain. The
students learnt the skill of preparation & presentation of the tart in
today’s workshop. Having attended the workshop the student’s feedback was
overwhelming.
